Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently deliver across Egypt.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days — starting from EGP 90

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days — starting from EGP 100

  • Upper Egypt & Other Governorates: 3–6 business days — starting from EGP 120

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at athuraeg@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and make it right.
