Returns & Exchanges

At Athura, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below before submitting a request.

Our Policy

  • Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • If the size you want to exchange for is out of stock, a team member will reach out to you by phone. Please make sure your number has WhatsApp — otherwise we won't be able to reach you.
  • The exchange process usually takes 6–8 days once approved.
  • Exchange shipping fees apply and are paid by the customer.
  • Once you submit your exchange request, we'll process and fulfill your order.
  • Items on sale are non-refundable — exchange only.

How It Works

  1. Submit your request. Complete and submit your request through the form on this page.
  2. Check your WhatsApp. After submitting, we'll contact you to confirm your return or exchange request.
  3. Attach a photo. You must include an image of the product you want to return or exchange in the form. If it's missing, we'll ask for it again during the WhatsApp confirmation. Without an image, we can't process your return or exchange.
  4. Approval. Your request will only be approved once the image and tags are confirmed. Otherwise, it will be denied.
